Usage : QUALISA Dengue NS1 is intended  to be used qualitative detection of Dengue NS1 antigen in human serum or plasma.

Description : Microwells strips are coated with Monoclonal Anti-Dengue NS1 antibodies. A monoclonal antibody against dengue NS1 antigen is conjugated to horseradish peroxides’ (HRPO). Samples along with positive and negative controls are added to the coated wells and incubated. The wells are washed to remove unbound components and the bound enzyme is detected by adding substrate. The reaction is stopped after specified time with acid and absorbance is determined for each well at 450 nm with an ELISA reader. The cutoff value is calculated by given formula and absorbance of all well is compared with the cutoff value. Any sample having absorbance more than cutoff value is considered reactive.
